Ravel Business Solutions LLP is a Chartered Accountant-led business compliance and consulting firm. We have worked with businesses across Kerala and Karnataka since 2018, handling everything from incorporating a new company through to the annual filings that follow for years afterwards.

We started because too many capable businesses were losing money to paperwork nobody had explained to them — penalties for deadlines they did not know existed, input credit never claimed, registrations they should have had years earlier.

Fees are published. Our professional fees are on this website. You know the figure before you call, and it is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Professional standards. The practice is led by a Chartered Accountant and conducted under the ICAI Code of Ethics.

Deadlines are tracked. Every client sits on a compliance calendar. You hear from us before a deadline, not after a notice.

A named contact. The same person handles your file month to month, in the language you prefer.
